How to make it

  • 1. Day before or 6-8 hours before serving...With BBQ or indoor grill, mark and cook Salmon 3/4's of the way through.
  • 2. In a seal-able container, place Salmon fillets and pour 1 cup dressing over to marinate. Seal container and set aside minimum 6 hours, turning once.
  • 3. Remove Salmon from marinade, place on BBQ or indoor grill to heat through and finish cooking.
  • 4. Arrange 4 plates on counter, place mix greens in center of the plate.
  • Arrange orange sections around the outer edge of greens, followed by red peppers.
  • 5. When Salmon is cooked place in the center of the mixed greens, sprinkling with the sunflower seeds and topping with the lemon wedge.
  • Serve with 4oz of dressing.
  • Enjoy!
