Patty Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven to 350.
  • Grease & flour a 9 X 13-inch baking pan.
  • Combine the cake mix, butter, and 1 egg and beat until smooth. Press this mixture into the bottom of the baking pan.
  • Combine the confectioners sugar (I always sift), 2 eggs, and cream cheese. Beat until all the sugar and cream cheese have been incorporated into the batter. Pour this mixture over the cake mix bottom.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Cool completely before serving. See Photo
