If you use chicken it tastes just like Chili's enchilada soup. A VERY easy crock pot meal.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lb cooked chicken or browned hamburger meat
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Golden Mushroom
  • 1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1 Can Red Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 Can (small) of green chilis
  • About 15 cut up corn tortillas.

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and simmer. 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low. Add tortillas during the last hour.
