豆角炒肉丝 Pork With French Beans

- 100 g minced pork shopping list
- 250 g French beans, cut into 2cm lengths shopping list
- 1 tsp. garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 tbsp. spicy bean paste shopping list
- 100 ml water shopping list
- 1 tsp. cornflour, mixed with 1 tbsp. water shopping list
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. light soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp. sugar shopping list
- dash of sesame oil shopping list
- dash of pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat wok with a thin coat of cooking oil.
- Stir-fry garlic and spicy bean paste for 1 minute.
- Add in minced pork and fry until colour changes.
- Add in french beans, seasoning ingredients and water.
- When the pork and beans are cooked, add in the cornflour paste and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Serve with rice.
