Big Ol' Mess - Spicy!

Hot n Spicy! but sweet too???! Learned this dish from a friends parent and I have been making it for years.
Ingredients
- 2 lb polish kielbasa, smoked sausage, or turkey kielbasa shopping list
- (I like to mix 2 different types so it doesnt become boring) shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper - diced (Optional) shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper - diced (Optional) shopping list
- 2 sweet onions - diced shopping list
- 3 serrano peppers - diced shopping list
- 1 jalapeno - diced and de-seeded shopping list
- 1/2 Habanero - minced and de-seeded shopping list
- 2 10oz jars La Choy sweet and sour sauce shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons Tabasco shopping list
- 1 Oven Bag shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the polish kielbasa about 1/4 thick mix all ingredients into a oven bag. Close tightly and cook @ 350 for 45 min. I enjoy serving this on rice. See Photo
- To do these on a shiskabob cut everything to fit shiskabob. Mince jalepeno, serrano, and habanero.Cook as normal then Grill for a few min. reserving sauce with peppers to baste the shishabob enjoy!
