How to make it

  • 1. Make one soft boiled egg (app. 5 minutes)
  • 2. At the same time, pan fry garlic and shitake mushrooms in 1/2 the sunflower oil with soya sauce, brown sugar and wine until the sauce has dried up
  • 3. Prepare salad, tomatoes and nuts on a plate
  • 4. Remove mushrooms and add to the salad. Use the same pan without washing to pan fry the salmon in the remaining sunflower oil I keep the lid on the pot during this step.
  • 5. After the salmon is cooked, place it on the salad, drizzle olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.
