Quick And Easy Sweet Shitake And Salmon Salad

- One small piece of salmon fillet shopping list
- A handful of shitake mushrooms shopping list
- A serving of rocket shopping list
- 3 tomatoes shopping list
- 3 brazil nuts shopping list
- 3 almonds shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 tablespoon of soya sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of Chinese / Japanese rice wine or white wine shopping list
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper shopping list
- salt to season shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Make one soft boiled egg (app. 5 minutes)
- 2. At the same time, pan fry garlic and shitake mushrooms in 1/2 the sunflower oil with soya sauce, brown sugar and wine until the sauce has dried up
- 3. Prepare salad, tomatoes and nuts on a plate
- 4. Remove mushrooms and add to the salad. Use the same pan without washing to pan fry the salmon in the remaining sunflower oil I keep the lid on the pot during this step.
- 5. After the salmon is cooked, place it on the salad, drizzle olive oil, salt and cayenne pepper.
