How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Chop all veggies above (or your choice) and set aside
  • Beat eggs with milk & cheeses
  • In large skillet (need to be able to put in oven), melt 3 tbsp butter
  • Add veggies and saute till tender
  • Pour egg mixture over
  • Put in oven and bake till set and cooked about 15-20 minutes
