Stuffed Strawberries

These are yummy and look pretty !
Ingredients
- 1 container strawberries shopping list
- 1 8 ounce package of cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract or orange liqueur shopping list
- small amout of chocolate for grating shopping list
How to make it
- So wash the strawberries and remove green leaf and cut out the small piece of stem and sit them down and then make a cross cut but dont go all the way through. Then mix the last three ingredients and then place in a plastic baggie and squeeze until it gets into one corner and then cut of a small piece so the mixture will come through then using your fingers open the strawberry up and pipe in the cream cheese mixture and then grate some chocolate over the top.

These were very tasty but a little messy to make. I have oodles of cream cheese filling left and I had two containers of strawberries and they varied in size. I should have cut a smaller a smaller hole in the bag. None the less we have a nice little ...more
