Feta Cheese Bread

- 5 tea cups of all purpose flour shopping list
- 3 tea cups of luke warm milk shopping list
- 1 packet of dry yeast ( here its 8gm most of the countries have 7gm its ok) shopping list
- a pinch of salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil - a little extra for greasing a pan shopping list
- 400 gms of feta cheese crumbled shopping list
- 1tsp of oregano shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl add luke warm milk , dry yeast n a pinch of salt mix n add flour slow n cup by cup ... make a light fluffy dough it will be sticky .. donot add all the flour at once ... cover the dough n let it rest for 1 hour to rise in double the size
- Now add olive oil , crumbled feta cheese , oregano to raised dough n then mix it well with hands
- Grease a medium sized round pan with oil ...and put the bread dough into it ....bake it for 45-55 mins on 180 degrees... when done just pierce a toothpick in middle to check .. if it comes clean it done !!!

- Tip :- U can always use extra flavour like rosemary/ spearmint /mint whatever u prefer....
