How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Steam or boil green beans until crisp-tender. (Canned cut green beans can also be used...)
  • Saute onion and squash. Add green beans and seasonings. Toss to combine.
  • Mix mayo and cheese together.
  • Pour veggies into greased 2 qt baking dish, spread mayo/cheese mixture on top. Sprinkle with cracker crumbs and more cheese if desired.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
