Avocado Salsa Fresca

My neighbor and friend Connie taught me how to make this salsa, there is always a crowd of people around the bowl!
Ingredients
- 6-8 Roma or heirloom tomatos, diced shopping list
- 1 Purple onion, diced shopping list
- 2-6 jalapenos(depending on how hot you want it), seeds and all diced shopping list
- 2 hass avocados, diced shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- Squeeze of 1/2 lemon (catch the seeds!) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, adding the avocado last. Add Lemon, salt and pepper and garlic powder to your liking. Serve at room temp or chilled with salty tortilla chips and enjoy!
