How to make it

  • Combine olive oil with salt and pepper and toss with asparagus
  • Roast asparagus in 425 oven for about 15 minutes(a lil more if you like your veggies softer..we like 'em pretty crisp :)
  • When done, immediately sprinkle with cheese, a squirt of lime juice and a lil lime zest.
  • You could toss 'em under the broiler for a minute, if you want, to brown the cheese up a bit...I didn't want that, this time...I wanted the creaminess to remain :)
