Corn Pudding

- 1 can Whole Kernal corn, undrained shopping list
- 1 can creamed corn shopping list
- 8 oz sour cream shopping list
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter melted shopping list
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread Mix shopping list
How to make it
- Mix both corns, sour cream, eggs and butter, mixing well.
- Fold in Jiffy mix.
- Pour into glass soufflé dish (or any other of your choosing)
- Bake at 350 for one hour or until golden brown on top and no longer pale looking.
