Cream Cheese Swirl Brownies Recipe

How to make it

  • Prepare the brownies as directed on the package. Preheat oven to 350. Cream the sugar and cream cheese in a separate bowl. Add the egg and vanilla and beat until very smooth. Spread one-half of the brownie batter in a greased & floured 9 X 13-inch pan. Cover with the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the remaining brownie batter over the cream cheese. Swirl with a knife several times for a marble effect. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a knife comes out clean. Cool completely before serving.
  • Top each serving with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream if you like.
