Mexican Bean Salad

- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can kidney beans, drained & rinsed shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can canelli beans, drained & rinsed shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1/2 orange bell pepper chopped shopping list
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn shopping list
- 1 red onion chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon white sugar, to start shopping list
- 1 tablespoon salt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 dash hot pepper sauce shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a large bowl combine the beans, bell peppers, corn and onion.
- 2. In another bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well and then pour into the other bowl and mix well and then chill the longer the better and then serve
