How to make it

  • 1. Top and tail the strawberries if using fresh and place them in a blender along with the sugar and the milk and blend until well mixed
  • 2. Then put in saucepan and bring to a boil stirring constantly
  • 3. Meanwhile place the 1/2 cup water in a bowl and sprinkle over the gelatin and let sit 5-10 minutes
  • 4. then mix the gelatin into the strawberry mix and stir until gelatin is completely mixed in and then place in dishes and then chill for 2-4 hours or until ready toserve
