How to make it

  • 1. mix spinach with ricotta and 1 cup of asiago, add a dash of nutmeg and pepper
  • 2. sautee pancetta untill crispy with olive oil
  • 3. add the pancetta to the spinach and mix them well
  • 4. heat butter on a pan. sautee garlic and add the cream and 2 cups of asiago cheese. After they melt add the parsley and cook untill it shimmer. Add a dash of pepper
  • 5.Butter the pan and fill the shells with the spinach mix. Arrange the shells in the pan and pour the cream sauce over them. Sprinke a bit of asiago cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 375F
