Shells Stuffed With Pancetta And Spinach Baked In Thick Sauce

- 1/2 pound pancetta, cut into small cubes shopping list
- 15 oz ricotta cheese shopping list
- 1 pounds frozen spinach, thawed and squeeze the water out shopping list
- 3 cups asiago cheese shopping list
- 1 tbs unsalted butter shopping list
- 1 garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 cup cream shopping list
- 3/4 pound shells, boiled for 8 minutes shopping list
- a handfull of fresh parsley shopping list
- a dash of nutmeg, fresh grounded black pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1. mix spinach with ricotta and 1 cup of asiago, add a dash of nutmeg and pepper
- 2. sautee pancetta untill crispy with olive oil
- 3. add the pancetta to the spinach and mix them well
- 4. heat butter on a pan. sautee garlic and add the cream and 2 cups of asiago cheese. After they melt add the parsley and cook untill it shimmer. Add a dash of pepper
- 5.Butter the pan and fill the shells with the spinach mix. Arrange the shells in the pan and pour the cream sauce over them. Sprinke a bit of asiago cheese. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes on 375F
