How to make it

  • Steam the Asparagus to a little below desired tenderness. About 8 Min.
  • Start a pan with Olive oil and unsalted butter on med-high heat.
  • Put the Asparagus on a cutting board, Salt and pepper them. Then move to the pan with oils and add Minced Garlic. Saute for about 4 - 7 min. Taste then Add salt and pepper as needed. Remove from heat - Drain add your Parmesan cheese and serve!
