How to make it

  • Mash the blackberries and strawberries together in a bowl. This makes it easier for you to blend them in the mixer. While their in the bowl and the rind of the lemon you have and the honey and mix it all together real good. Squeeze the juice from the lemon with your hands or with a juicer. Try to avoid getting seeds in your smoothie!
  • Put all that in the mixer then add the yogurt,milk,and juice. Blend until it looks well combined. If its to thick add more juice or milk. To thin add more yogurt. Not sweet enough? More honey!
  • If you prefer your smoothies without milk you can leave it out but beware of it being really thick without lots of juice. If you don't like lemon you can leave it out but then your also leaving out its health benefits.
  • For your finishing product pour into pretty glasses with a lemon slice on the edge or a strawberry. If you want add whipped cream ontop for a treat. :) You can chill it in the freezer for a few minutes to if you want it chilled!
