How to make it

  • 1. Put 1 cup puree, sugar, lime peel in pan and bring to boil and then simmer for couple of minutes and stir all the time.
  • 2. Then pour in the remaining puree and the corn syrup and then place in your ice cream machine

    No this was just for the watermelon but you can puree any fruit and then say add simple syrup 1 part sugar and 1 part water and boil until the sugar is dissolved! But I have other recipes on here for all kinds of ice cream/sorbets/sherbets it really depends on the fruit!
