Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

- 2 1/2 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 c cocoa shopping list
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 c soft butter shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- 3 lg eggs shopping list
- 2 tsp vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 tsp grated orange peel shopping list
- 2 c coasrsely grated zucchini, unpeeled shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 1 c chopped walnuts or pecans shopping list
- 1 c chocolate chunks shopping list
- glaze shopping list
- 2 squares unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 2 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 2 1/2 c powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Beat together butter and sugar until smooth and well blended. Add eggs one at a time blending well after each. Add vanilla . mix well.With a spoon stir in orange peel and zucchini.
- Alternately stir the milk and flour mixture into the zucchini mixture. stir in chocolate and walnuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured bundt pan or tube pan. Bake approx 50 mins...check after 45 mins...until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 mins. Turn out on rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle glaze over cake and enjoy!!!
- GLAZE:
- Melt the chocolate with the butter and milk.
- Blend until smooth. Add powder sugar. Blend well
