Salsa Walleye Bake (grill)

My son and husband love to fish. I am looking for new ways to fix their catch of the day. This is a simple and easy way to serve up the catch of the day. Serve with a fresh salad and fruit.
Ingredients
- Walleye fish fillets one per person shopping list
- Favorite salsa shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- Foil shopping list
How to make it
- Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
- Pat dry the fillet and put on foil
- Spoon salsa on the fillet spreading out to 'frost' one side of fish
- Gather sides and ends foil to form a packet.
- Put on baking sheet with sides.
- Bake at 350 about 20 min.
- or until fish is flakey.
- This can also be done on the grill.
