How to make it

  • Spray sheet of foil with cooking spray.
  • Pat dry the fillet and put on foil
  • Spoon salsa on the fillet spreading out to 'frost' one side of fish
  • Gather sides and ends foil to form a packet.
  • Put on baking sheet with sides.
  • Bake at 350 about 20 min.
  • or until fish is flakey.
  • This can also be done on the grill.
