Chipotle Steak Nachos

These can go great as an appetizer or even a main course!
Ingredients
- marinade for the steak: shopping list
- * 1 tbsp olive oil shopping list
- * 2 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- * 1 tsp chili powder shopping list
- * 1 tsp brown sugar shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- * 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder shopping list
- * 1/4 tsp ground cumin shopping list
- * 1 1/2 lbs skirt steak shopping list
- For the Salsa: shopping list
- * 2 ripe avocados, diced shopping list
- * 2 ripe roma tomatoes, diced shopping list
- * 1/3 cup red onion, chopped shopping list
- * A pinch of cilantro leaves shopping list
- * 2-3 pickled jalapeno peppers, minced shopping list
- * 3 tbsp fresh lime juice shopping list
- * 1 tbsp minced garlic shopping list
- * Half a red pepper shopping list
- * salt shopping list
- Extra: shopping list
- * 1 bag tortilla chips shopping list
- * 1 can pinto or black beans shopping list
- * mexican cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a small bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients. Marinade for 30 minutes and grill.
- 2. In a medium bowl, mix all salsa ingredients together. sprinkle salt over it.
- 3. Once the steak is done, chop into bite size pieces.
- 4. Prepare and enjoy!
