How to make it

  • Chop all veggies and Onions into big chunks. If you want them in small consistencies, you can cut them smaller
  • Spray your pan with the fry-spray
  • Put all your veggies except the mushrooms
  • Add some water, say 1.4 cup. Add your Rosemary and Thyme
  • Let Rosemary and Thyme simmer along with the veggies, stirring frequently
  • Add your salt and peppers, along with your black pepper. Let it simmer and catch some heat for about 7 minutes
  • Mix your flour with water and add to your stir-fry
  • Judgment call - you know your veggies are almost there!
  • Add the mushrooms at the very last minute
  • Stir and let simmer for about 1 minute.
  • Viola!
  • Soak noodles in water for 4 minutes
  • Get a pan, put your stir-fry in there
  • Add noodles
  • Add sardines
  • Stir and ENJOY!
