Full On Flavour Thai Rice Noodle Stir-fry With Sardine

- Thai rice noodles, Dry 60g shopping list
- Sardine, 60g shopping list
- Zuchinni/Courgette shopping list
- broccoli shopping list
- red bell pepper shopping list
- carrots shopping list
- mushrooms shopping list
- oil spray shopping list
- ginger shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- onions shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- Flour- 1 teaspoon shopping list
- soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Chop all veggies and Onions into big chunks. If you want them in small consistencies, you can cut them smaller
- Spray your pan with the fry-spray
- Put all your veggies except the mushrooms
- Add some water, say 1.4 cup. Add your Rosemary and Thyme
- Let Rosemary and Thyme simmer along with the veggies, stirring frequently
- Add your salt and peppers, along with your black pepper. Let it simmer and catch some heat for about 7 minutes
- Mix your flour with water and add to your stir-fry
- Judgment call - you know your veggies are almost there!
- Add the mushrooms at the very last minute
- Stir and let simmer for about 1 minute.
- Viola!
- Soak noodles in water for 4 minutes
- Get a pan, put your stir-fry in there
- Add noodles
- Add sardines
- Stir and ENJOY!
