How to make it

  • Remove skin from the cooked salmon, and check for bones
  • Mash with a fork in a large bowl, and add all ingredients except the oil See Photo
  • Heat the oil in a pan on medium, make sure it's hot before adding the cakes
  • Form salmon into small patties, and fry for about 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown, and crisp. See Photo
  • Blend the ingredients for the dill sauce, and serve with each pattie
  • ** these were great on the grill, too!
