Salmon Patties With Dill Sauce

Salmon Patties
- 2 cups cooked salmon shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups panko bread crumbs shopping list
- 2 T red onion, minced shopping list
- 2 T celery, minced shopping list
- 2 T fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
- 1 tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 3 T mayo shopping list
- 2 T olive oil ( for frying, so any oil will do) shopping list
dill sauce
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1 1/2 T fresh dill shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Remove skin from the cooked salmon, and check for bones
- Mash with a fork in a large bowl, and add all ingredients except the oil See Photo
- Heat the oil in a pan on medium, make sure it's hot before adding the cakes
- Form salmon into small patties, and fry for about 2-3 minutes each side, or until golden brown, and crisp. See Photo
- Blend the ingredients for the dill sauce, and serve with each pattie
- ** these were great on the grill, too!
