- 8 oz cream cheese shopping list
- 1 c. shredded tex-mex style cheese shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1 can green chilis, diced fine shopping list
- dash of chili powder shopping list
- 48 scoop shaped tortilla chips shopping list
- salsa for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat cream cheese with egg, fold in cheese, chilis and chili powder.
- Arrange corn chips on a baking sheet and fill with cheese mixture.
- Bake until filling sets, about 20 minutes
- Place a bit of drained salsa on top, for garnish, and a dollop of sour cream, if you wish.
