How to make it

  • 1. Tart pan with removable bottom sprayed with non stick and then place the pastry in it and stab with fork and bake blind in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes
  • 2. Remove the tart shell from the oven and place in the seasoned cooked sausage and top with the beaten eggs
  • 3. Top with the sliced potatoes and sprinkle with cheese and then bake for about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
