Italian Sausage & Potato Tart

Had a spare pastry tart crust so I threw this together, and had a tin of sliced potatoes, dont normally use them but was given to me in food basket to what better way to use them
Ingredients
- 1 batch of pastry already made shopping list
- 6 eggs beaten shopping list
- 3-4 sweet Italian sausages opened and cooked shopping list
- Sage shopping list
- parsley shopping list
- 1 cup cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup sherry shopping list
- 1 can sliced potatoes drained shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Tart pan with removable bottom sprayed with non stick and then place the pastry in it and stab with fork and bake blind in a 350 degree preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes
- 2. Remove the tart shell from the oven and place in the seasoned cooked sausage and top with the beaten eggs
- 3. Top with the sliced potatoes and sprinkle with cheese and then bake for about 30 minutes in 350 degree oven
