Ingredients

6 Tortillas or Taco Shells

8 Eggs

2 tablespoons Milk

6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium size bowl, mix together well eggs and milk

cook on med heat until cooked through and fluffy.

Heat tortillas as directed on the package. Spoon warm eggs onto each tortilla.

Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese and fold tortilla.

Some additional topping idea's:

Breakfast Sausage

Salsa

Guacamole

Bell Peppers (lightly sauteed)

Any kind of cheese you happen to have in the house

My nieces who are 9 and 11 love it because they can help me make them. To them it is a big deal one morning while they are visiting us to get up early and make breakfast for everyone. They make some soft and some hard. They are so proud of themselves when they are done as everything but the chopping and cooking they have done themselves.
