Herbed Focaccia

- 3/4 cup water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 1/2 tablespoon each of basil/oregano/parsley shopping list
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 teaspoon olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- make the focaccia bread in your machine as per manufactures instructions and then let rest for 10 minutes and then place on a lightly greased cookie sheet and stretch out to fill the sheet and then let rise in a warm place to double in size about 30 minutes. Then use your fingers to make indentations in the dough and I use my pastry brush to spread the olive oil and then sprinkle with the mix of herbs
- Then place in a preheated oven for 18-20 minutes and then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese
