How to make it

  • Wash and strip peel the cucumber, remove the seeds to remove the burps and thinly slice. Peel the jicama and match stick cut slices. Chop the green onion and a good amount of the green stalk. Chop the red pepper.
  • Squeeze the juice of one lime and zest over the vegetables, sprinkle with salt, toss, minced lemon basil and chill.
