these are great on the bbq or grilled !

Ingredients
  • 1pkt french onion soup mix
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 500g lamb leg steaks cut into cubes
  • 12 button mushrooms
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 courgettes cut into 2cm slices

Directions
  1. combine soup mix, juice ,sugar,oil and oregano in a bowl.
  2. add lamb cubes mix well, cover and stand for 30 mins
  3. thread skewers with veges and the marinated lamb peices alternating, brush with the remaining glaze and bbq or grill till tender!
