How to make it

  • Take you cup of splenda and put it into a mixer/chopper (something to mix the firm tofu to a pudding like state).
  • Add Kool-Aid mix.
  • Chop the tofu into cube (to make it easier on your mixer/chopper).
  • Add Tofu to mixer/chopper.
  • Mix.

  • You can also use low-fat tofu to reduce the fat count even more.
  • You can play with this recipe by changing to flavor of Kool-Aid or using different type of Tofu. If you use the silken variety this will turn out more a smoothy texture. Adding a teaspoon of ground Flax Seed give it a hint of a nutty flavor and a little more texture.
  • When I make this for dessert, for guest, fresh strawberrys are a great addition to the mix.

This would be a great dessert recipe for my dad and my husband, who are both diabetic. However, I would have to hold them down and force feed it to them because they "don't believe in tofu". :) Silly boys (no offense, wink). Thanks for sharing! - Natalie

I was a vegan for 20 years, before it was a "trend", and I under used tofu. This recipe sounds like a good one to incorporate it into my, now not vegan, lifestyle. Thanks for the post.
