This is a layer cake that you make in the frying pan.

Ingredients
  • pita bread/ 4
  • ground beef
  • mushrooms
  • red pepper
  • onions
  • marble cheese
  • cottageg cheese
  • crushed tomatoes

Directions
  1. brown your ground beef and add a clove of garlic
  2. while that is cooking cut up your vegatables an cheese
  3. once your beef is brown add crushed tomatoes
  4. then the rest of your vegatables
  5. once they are all cooked together and are hot
  6. put on a frying pan with a small amount of cooking oil
  7. place in the pan a large sppon of your sauce an 1 pita bread
  8. spoon onto your sauce and cheeses
  9. repeat until all pita are used
  10. cover on low for 5 to 8 minutes.
  11. cut in half after time or into quarters
  12. excellent served with salad or hash browns
