Black Figs With Goats Cheese And Bacon

- 2 black figs shopping list
- 2 1/2 inch slices goat's cheese shopping list
- 2 rashers bacon - your favourite kind shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and top the figs
- Cut them into quarters - but not right to the bottom, so they stay in one piece.
- Open the figs slightly and stuff the centre with the cheese
- Put back together and wrap the bacon around the sides, securing with a cocktail stick.
- Bake for about 15 minutes in the centre of a moderate oven. (Depends on size of figs and thickness of bacon)
- Remove the cocktail sticks before serving.
