How to make it

  • Cook Macaroni according to box directions. A little olive oil in the water will keep pasta from sticking together.
  • Dice celery, tomatoes, bell pepper, and green onion
  • In a large bowl, add mayonaise, mustard and combine. Add tomatoes, bell pepper, celery, green onions and cilantro.
  • Add the macaroni and toss.
  • Add Lemon Peper and salt to taste.
  • Refrigerate for about an hour.
