How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a casserole and sautee the onion and garlic
  • Add the prepared tomatoes and fry 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in the paprika
  • In a mortar, crush the saffron, peppercorns, clove and cumin and dissolve in a little of the stock.
  • Add to the casserole with the rest of the stock
  • Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and add the chicken and the pasta.
  • Cook until the pasta is tender.
  • Serve in the casserole pot, garnished with the parsley.
