Gambas Pil-pil

- Per serving: shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 chopped garlic clove shopping list
- 1 minced piece of chilli pepper (vary size as to your taste) shopping list
- A pinch of paprika shopping list
- Peeled shrimp of a decent size (not tiny ones) 10-12 shopping list
- crusty bread, to serve shopping list
How to make it
- In each ramekin put:
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Minced chilli pepper
- Paprika
- Heat until the oil is good and hot
- Add the shrimp and cook until they just turn pink
- Serve at once whilst they're sizzling, accompanied with the crusty bread to mop up the sauce.
