Feta Sandwich

- 100 grams (3.5 oz) cow's milk feta, shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
- 2-4 Tbsp yogurt shopping list
- salt, pepper, oregano and black pepper to taste shopping list
- ciabatta bread shopping list
How to make it
- Chop the vegetables finely.
- Heat a frying pan with the olive oil. When hot add the vegetables and a pinch of salt and some black pepper.
- When the vegetables are tender, add some cayenne and the oregano. Saute another minute or so and then move them around the outside of the pan.
- Put the feta in the pan and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Turn it over and let it cook until it starts to soften.
- Slice some ciabatta, pita or your favorite bread. Put some yogurt on the bread and then the cheese and vegetables.
