  • How Do I?
  • Soak the black beans for 10 hours in triple the water
  • Cook the black beans for 30 minutes on a medium flame (you want it to stay firm)
  • Spill the water and refrigerate
  • Steam the corn for 2 minutes, refrigerate
  • Cut up fresh raw tomato, basil, zucchini, red onion and then gently mix all remainder of the ingredients
  • Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce :)
  • Enjoy ♥
