Tangy Black Bean Medley

- 1/3 rd cup black beans shopping list
- 1 cup sweet corn shopping list
- 1 green zucchini shopping list
- ½ red onion shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 3 fresh basil bunches shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- sea salt shopping list
- ½ lime shopping list
- 4 lettuce leaves shopping list
- ½ tsp Agave shopping list
How to make it
- How Do I?
- Soak the black beans for 10 hours in triple the water
- Cook the black beans for 30 minutes on a medium flame (you want it to stay firm)
- Spill the water and refrigerate
- Steam the corn for 2 minutes, refrigerate
- Cut up fresh raw tomato, basil, zucchini, red onion and then gently mix all remainder of the ingredients
- Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce :)
