How to make it

  • Position a rack in center of oven and heat to 450' Arrange 4 5 to 6" individual shallow gratin dishes on rimmed baking sheet...Distribute the slices of provolone among the dishes.
  • In a small bowl,combine tomatogarlic,oil,marjoram,kosher salt and black pepper. Portion mixture among the dishes,scattering it over and among the cheese.
  • Bake till cheese is slightly melted,about 5 mins. Drizzle each serving with balsamic vinegar
