• This was the 2nd sandwich I made, when I decided that the coconut would be a definite keeper. You don't want to see how the first one turned out, it wound up a bit gnarly looking.

• Um... yeah. That really is sweet relish on there and I really did eat it. Surprisingly, it wasn't horrible. Wasn't great, and I wouldn't do it again, but it was an interesting experience.
