How to make it

  • Fry bacon in frying pan and use some grease to saute onions and garlic. OR use real bacon crumbles purchased in a bag.
  • Whisk together eggs, cream, thyme, spinach, pepper and salt.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease 8x13 glass pan with oil.
  • Layer 2/3 bacon crumbles and sauted onion and garlic on bottom of pan to form a crust.
  • Whisk the rest of bacon into egg mixture.
  • Pour egg mixture into pan.
  • Bake 23 minutes, until risen and browned on top.
