How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Use your electric beater to thoroughly blend all ingredients EXCEPT the coconut flour. Sift the coconut flour into the blended mixture then fold in the chopped almonds.
  • Use a small ladle to pour batter into a well greased (or paper lined) muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15-17 min.
