How to make it

  • Put a teaspoon of olive oil in a sandwich bag; puncture a potato several times with the tines of a fork, put the potato in the bag and roll it around to coat with the oil. Bake for one hour in a 400-degree oven. (Of, if you're in a hurry, microwave a potato.)
