Buttery Coconut Cookies

thesse cookies are out of this world, i dont know if ill ever make any other nut butter cookie again! the best cookie ever!
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup of coconut butter, i like coconut mana shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup uns2weetend flake coconut shopping list
- 11/2 cup flour shopping list
How to make it
- beat the first 4 ingredients till fluffy
- add egg then stir in coconut and flour
- roll into 2 in balls and bake at 350* til light and golden on the bottom
