How to make it

  • Liquidize for the paste
  • ½ cup red whole chillies
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • Thereafter place all the ingredients into an airtight container. and refrigerate overnight.
  • You may now place the steak on the fire, or a grill. ensure that you baste the remainder marinade over as well.

    I did, indeed, use this marinade for some sirloins I wouldn't normally grill.... it was really flavorful. Everyone enjoyed it. Thank you for the opportunity to try something I wouldn't have done on my own! :)

    I am usually a steak snob.... meaning I don't add anything but black pepper and maybe a little garlic before grilling...BUT, this sounds fantastic and I think I will try it on some lesser cuts of steak, if that's okay. :) Nice post, thanks, Faheem!
