How to make it

  • Slice cucumber, red onion and carrots paper thin
  • Place in a bowl
  • Combine the mayo, mustard, dill weed, salt, sugar and stir to blend all.
  • Blend well into veges.
  • Mixture will produce liquid and that is just fine
  • Adjust salt to taste if needed
  • Serve at once or chill well; serving with slotted spoon, to remove vegetables from the liquid.

    I made this last night to go along with mommyluvs2cook's Creamy Capers And Chops and it was a perfect side dish. I used English cucumbers. Thanks for a great recipe! yummmm!
