Marshmallow Slice

- Base: shopping list
- 20g butter shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- marshmallow Topping: shopping list
- 2 Dsp gelatine shopping list
- 1 cup boiling water shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 cup icing sugar shopping list
- Flavouring Essence to taste (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Base:
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg then sifted dry ingredients.
- Press into a greased "swiss roll" tin.
- Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
- Marshmallow Topping:
- Dissolve the gelatine in the boiling water.
- Add other ingredients and beat until stiff.
- Pour onto base and refrigerate until set.
