How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450.
  • Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Set aside.
  • Spray 8" square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Arrange cooked sausages in baking pan.
  • Layer sliced apples in between and on top of sausages.
  • Pour cornbread batter on top of apples and spread to edges.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
  • Serve with maple syrup.
