How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Combine first 7 ingredients gently. Just enough to combine them.
  • Place in the middle of a greased 13x9 in. baking dish.
  • Sprinkle onions, potatoes and carrots around the meat.
  • Mix tomato sauce, chili powder and second tsp. of Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl. Pour mixture over meat, making sure to coat all of it.
  • Sprinkle vegetables with salt, garlic powder and pepper, then drizzle the red cooking wine over them.
  • Cover tightly with aluminum foil, remember to put the shiny side down towards the food.
  • Bake at 375 for 1 hour, or until the vegetables are tender.
  • Let meat rest about 5 min. before slicing and serving.
